Site characteristics

Bridgeport is a 500-acre industrial mega site with 8.5 million square feet of potential in Newnan, Georgia. Situated in Coweta County, and strategically located less than 1 mile from the I-85 interchange at Exit 41, Bridgeport has incredible access to major transportation systems, including Interstate 85, both CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International and Newnan-Coweta Airport.

Building D is under construction with a Q2 2024 delivery. It possesses 1,201,200 square feet, 40’ clear, 207 dock doors – half with 40,000 lb. pit levelers, seals and “z-guards” – 275 trailer spaces and 400 auto spaces which can be expanded.

The proposed buildings C & D are available for build to suit and each have over 100 dock doors, 4 drive in doors, over 200 trailer parking spots (with future spots available), over 250 auto spots, 40’ clear height, and ESFR.

The Cubes at Bridgeport has access to Coweta County's robust talented workforce, with a working age population of over 3.7 million people within a 45-minute drive.
